Within this framework, we would like to inform you as the Data Controller under the scope of KVKK.

Personal data shared with our company in the capacity of customer, potential customer, intermediary, agency, supplier, or employee may be processed in compliance with KVKK, proportionately and in connection with our business and service objectives; it may be transferred to third parties at home or abroad, stored, used for profiling, and classified.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed:

• Lawfully and in accordance with the principles of good faith,
• In connection with, limited to, and proportionate to the purposes of processing,
• Accurately and up to date,
• For specific, clear, and legitimate purposes,
• In compliance with the conditions for processing personal data listed in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

Your personal data may be processed by our company as the Data Controller for the purposes of carrying out our commercial activities, planning business strategies, executing projects and operations conducted by company departments, providing necessary information to third parties involved in these activities, and fulfilling obligations such as reporting, quality standards, and audits required by the laws and regulations applicable to our company and its affiliates.

Employee data may also be processed by our company or authorized third parties within the framework of our human resources policies, to fulfill legal obligations under labor and social security legislation, to increase performance and employee satisfaction, and for operational reasons such as ensuring occupational safety and workplace harmony.

Transfer of Personal Data

Within the above-mentioned purposes and in accordance with KVKK and applicable legislation, your personal data may be shared with our affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as, without limitation, with our business partners, collaborators, subcontractors, service providers, and supervisory authorities. Data may be transferred domestically or internationally when required by the nature or performance of our activities or by regulatory bodies and legal obligations.

Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK and for the purposes stated above.
It may be collected by our company or authorized data processors through, but not limited to, order forms, correspondence, websites, various contracts, mobile applications, e-mails, application forms, automatic records, social networks, newsletters, or verbal and written communications.

Rights of the Data Subject

Under KVKK and other applicable legislation, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if your data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated by KVKK,
• Request notification of these corrections or deletions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• Object to any adverse outcome arising from automated data processing,
• Demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful data processing.

Your application must include clear and understandable explanations of the rights you wish to exercise, must pertain to yourself, or, if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must provide proof of your authorization. The application must include your identity and address information, and supporting identification documents must be attached.
